We’re currently looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join our growing team and help manage our NetSuite platform. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing NetSuite administration, development, training, integrations, and much more.
- Create searches, reports, customizations, and workflows in NetSuite to meet business needs
- Support data import processes, data integrations, and data accuracy
- Provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system
- Work with all levels of the organization and participate in ongoing improvement
- Provide user training and assistance to staff
- All other tasks and duties as assigned
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation and/or NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
- Two-to-three years of hands-on experience with NetSuite including configuration, customization, and integrations
- Experience with the Celigo Integration Platform a plus
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
- Knowledge of SuiteScript a plus
- Ability to multitask and work with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines
