Chandler is currently searching for a dynamic individual to be our Branch Administrator at our Dartmouth, NS location.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of branch expenditures, including processing invoices and issuing purchase orders.
- Complete daily deposits, petty cash reconciliation, credit card reconciliation and inventory adjustments.
- Cover the customer service desk as required.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task effectively with attention to accuracy and detail
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management
- Excellent people skills with a “Can Do” attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Experience in office administration is an asset
- Experience in retail or customer service is an asset
- Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration is an asset
