Overview
* This position is for 3 to 4 days a week (24 to 32 hours). Applicants must have full availability on Tuesday-Friday. Shifts range between the hours of 9:45 am and 7:15 pm. *
Hourly rate of pay $21-22/hour plus 8-10% commission on retail products sold (i.e. skincare)

Self-motivated with the ability to think critically, solve problems independently and work autonomously.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with patients and within the team; medical receptionist, aestheticians, laser technicians, clinic management, and medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Answer patient inquiries and bookings via telephone, digital messaging and email in a polite and friendly manner.
- Check-in patients upon arrival, bring patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for treatment (numbing, makeup removal), processing payments, and managing patient queue.
- Issues patient forms and confirms completion.
- Providing education-based sales for skincare and treatments.
- Participate in social media filming and content creation. Perform social media engagement activities on the business account.
- Light housekeeping within the clinic and stocking of supplies throughout the facility.
- Keeping of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Attending education training sessions, staff meetings and clinic events.
- Assisting in daily operations.
- Perform end of day cash out and consolidation.
Qualifications
- Passionate about aesthetics and helping patients find the right cosmetic treatments and skincare solutions
- Excellent computer skills and comfortable using technology such as laptops, tablets, booking systems, email, fax and digital messaging.
- 1+ years of proven clerical, sales or customer service work experience
- Previous experience in a clinic preferred (aesthetics, medical, dental, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work and stay organized in a fast paced environment balancing multiple priorities
- Flexible availability, willingness to work evenings should clinic need
