Reform Clinics is a multi-disciplinary physical therapy clinic offering physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a warm and professional environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming first impression
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage appointment scheduling
- Process payments and handle billing through our clinic software (training provided)
- Coordinate with our healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and professional
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
