Compensation: $50,000 - $53,000 per annum

Summary:
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative at Miller Waste Systems, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting business growth initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier service while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.
Responsibilities:
In the position of Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Actively participate in the launch and implementation of new business initiatives, programs, and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide telephone quotations for temporary business services.
- Process customer transactions related to service modifications, billing issues, temporary orders, extra pick-ups, and accounts receivable (A/R) inquiries.
- Accurately enter and update customer service changes into TRUX software for both Municipal and Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) customers.
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and administration teams to coordinate and complete customer requests.
- Generating reports required by Director of Sales & Marketing
- Other duties as assigned
- Successful candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of administrative experience
- Highly productive, team player with excellent written, oral and customer service skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
