About the Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and process-oriented individual to join our team as the Marketing Project Manager for Ting Internet. In this role, you will be responsible for turning the marketing department's strategy and goals into reality. You will need to identify all of the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing campaign, strategically delegate those tasks to the appropriate teams, analyze and report on performance, and apply findings to future campaigns. All while making sure the projects are completed in time, under budget, and on-brand! You will also be responsible for liaising with external vendors to order branded assets, swag, and event collateral for local markets, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the marketing leadership team to manage priorities
Manage task prioritization, creative briefs, and project kickoffs for national campaigns and agency engagements
Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the business strategy
Develop creative assets for new markets and product launches
Work with all marketing teams, sales, and field teams to coordinate projects and deliverables needed from marketing
Use research and data to analyze and track the success and ROI of projects, report on campaign and project performance, and identify and apply learnings to drive improvements
Source and liaise with external vendors to order Ting apparel, swag, customer welcome kits, business cards, and other branded assets
Manage event collateral and display ordering for new market launches, and support local markets on any event-specific needs
Assist teams cross-functionally with creative and campaign needs. Act as the marketing liaison to non-marketing teams for all project submissions
Responsible for reporting documentation for team stand-up calls and leading the call as directed
In-house SME for the company's project management tool
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
Can adapt quickly to change and manage competing priorities
Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Ability to compile and analyze data to support decision-making
Proficiency with project management software; Asana experience is a plus
Experience working with creative teams and knowledge of marketing design and copy best practices
Qualifications:
2–5 years of proven experience and a bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven success managing multiple projects and initiatives at once for a fast-paced organization
Experience with project management systems; experience with OpenProject a plus
Understanding of how to use data in systems such as Looker
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD for US residents OR $60,000 - $70,000 CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
