Role Overview:
As the Marketing Project Coordinator, you are the organizational hub of our agile marketing team. You will play a critical role in bringing our new brand strategy to life by managing timelines, coordinating asset creation, and ensuring our partner launches are executed flawlessly. You are a highly organized, detail-oriented 'do-er' who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to support a brand that is cementing itself as a leader in the wearable technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Campaign Coordination
- Support the execution and upkeep of the overall marketing plan and ongoing initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal and external teams.
- Ensure final campaign assets are reviewed, approved, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Uphold brand consistency by monitoring the use of brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints.
- Flag any inconsistencies or risks to brand integrity.
Asset & Process Management
- Maintain and organize the marketing asset library.
- Track deliverables for campaign and partner launches to ensure timely execution.
Digital & Content Support
- Monitor digital marketing trends, conduct market research, and identify strategic opportunities.
- Support social media planning and execution, including idea generation, content coordination, and scheduling.
- Manage basic website updates via WordPress and act as the liaison for web-related needs.
Data & Performance Insights
- Review and interpret analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct SEO tasks and digital audits to optimize web visibility and performance.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience coordinating or managing marketing projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, independent work style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred/Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, medtech, or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
