What can you expect to do as a Project Coordinator?
- Coordination of Subsurface Utility Engineering projects throughout project timeline
- Communicates coordination and drafting issues and problems to the project manager
- Participate in regular Project Team meetings with Project Manager and Field Crew to review overall project requirements.
- Preparation of One-Call requests, permits and Utility Records research
- Preparation of Traffic, Safety & Work Plans as per Owner requirements
- Schedule sub-contractors and third party representatives as required to assist field operations.
- Assists with preparation of SUE Mapping Drawings using Microstation and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ensures that all drawings are prepared with accuracy, neatness, and speed

What you bring to the position:
- College Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience working in the utilities or construction industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Solid time management and follow‐through skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines
- Positive, flexible team‐oriented approach, with the willingness and desire to work as part of a team
- Self‐motivated, strong initiative; effective oral and written skills
- Detail oriented, resourceful
