La Foret is a growing café brand dedicated to creating beautiful spaces where people love to meet, eat, and drink. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing brand.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media, website, and promotional campaigns
- Support new menu development with creative input, content creation, and promotional planning
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Maintain and update La Foret social media accounts
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness
- Bring fresh ideas by staying up to date on industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Must have prior marketing experience in the Food & Beverage or Café industry
- Experience in marketing, content creation, or a related professional setting
- Strong photography and videography skills, including editing (mobile or desktop tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook required; TikTok a plus)
- A creative mindset with passion for branding, storytelling, and marketing
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a strong asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $23–26/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Probation Period: First 3 months
- Staff Discounts: 20% off all items, 50% off for lunch meals
- Health & Dental Benefits: available after 6 months
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
