We are a dynamic startup focused on building strong vendor networks, connecting with top talent, and growing our client base. To help us achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preference will be given to people with background in health, beauty or wellness but willing to mentor correct candidate.
In this role, you’ll take charge of initiatives that drive vendor partnerships, attract new clients, and enhance our talent network. You’ll have the freedom to design and execute campaigns, establish meaningful relationships, and make a tangible impact on the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Vendor Relations:
- Identify and build relationships with vendors, and partners to expand our network.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and negotiate terms.
- Support the sales by identifying and qualifying leads, managing outreach efforts, and closing deals.
Marketing and Branding:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients, vendors, and top talent.
- Direct marketing team with trending campaigns, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs) to showcase our services and success stories.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve results.
Offline Initiatives:
- Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and trade shows to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Organize and promote workshops, meetups, or vendor showcases to connect with the community.
- Develop printed materials, such as brochures and banners, to support offline marketing efforts.
Creative Content and Tools:
- Work with our team of graphic designers to create trending and audience reaching contents that aligns with our brand.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s mission and branding.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 – 15 per week
