We’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic VP Sales and Marketing Professional to help us grow our brand, attract new business, and strengthen relationships with insurance companies, agents, and adjusters.
Position Overview:
As VP Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strategic partnerships with insurance providers, and promoting our restoration services to potential clients. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on creating marketing campaigns, fostering relationships, and driving sales through both inbound and outbound efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads from insurance agents, brokers, and adjusters. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance industry, including agents, claims adjusters, and underwriters. Act as a liaison between our company and these partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Brand Promotion: Create marketing content that educates insurance professionals and potential clients about our restoration services, benefits, and the claims process. Implement digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, content marketing) to build brand visibility.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy that aligns with business objectives. Set, track, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Engagement: Work with the operations and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience and follow through on service delivery. Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the restoration and claims process.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and insurance claims developments to identify new opportunities and optimize sales tactics.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand presence and cultivate new business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the restoration, insurance, or property damage industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance claims process, particularly in relation to property damage restoration, is a strong plus.
- Sales & Marketing Skills: Proven track record of successful sales and marketing strategies. Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and social media platforms is a must.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients, insurance agents, and adjusters.
- Problem Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex sales cycles. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Self-Motivated: Strong initiative and ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
