We are seeking a Sales Assistant to the VP (CEO) — a proactive, dynamic professional who can open doors to new opportunities and support the CEO in strengthening relationships and generating additional value from existing customers.
Your Mission
- Generate New Opportunities: Identify and connect with new prospects through outreach, lead generation, and market research.
- Support Strategic Sales: Assist the CEO and VP in presenting solutions to current clients, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Manage Pipelines: Help track customer interactions, follow up on key leads, and maintain CRM records (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Coordinate Meetings: Organize sales calls, product demos, and executive-level presentations.
- Support Sales Materials: Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to prepare customized proposals and materials.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success with strong attitude to sales, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS.
- Confidence in cold calling, initiating conversations and building trust with prospects and clients.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort working independently and remotely, with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and digital communication platforms.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and helping customers find the right solutions.
