We are currently looking for a marketing advisor to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the regional marketing and communications team leader, the successful candidate will support the Québec region in all marketing-related activities.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to work from home and from one of our offices in the Montreal metropolitan area.
- Support regional marketing efforts in Québec, in collaboration with the team leader.
- Coordinate the organization of trade shows, customer events, advertising campaigns, and customer list management according to regional needs.
- Manage region-specific price quotes and ensure their coordination.
- Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and coordinate advertising placements in specialized magazines and websites.
- Oversee various administrative tasks related to marketing for the Québec region.
- Develop and coordinate promotional and presentation materials to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and experts to fully understand industry issues and specifics.
- Provide logistical support for events, webinars, presentations, and client proposals.
- Write and publish digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, and regional announcements.
- Monitor social media for all regions to ensure consistency and relevance of communications.
Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience in marketing and communications- Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or project management
- Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Bilingualism is an essential requirement for this position in order to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including our clients, partners, and cross-functional teams nationwide
- Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders; experience in communicating and presenting to senior management.
- Technical knowledge and experience with various social media platforms, Microsoft Office Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and tools is an asset but not required.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work with different teams in addition to the marketing team.
