We’re looking for a Field Marketing & Partner Success to help us build stronger relationships with service providers and merchants across and ensure they have the training, tools, and support to grow their business with iFinance. This is a hybrid role, blending strategic campaign planning with on-the-ground execution and client-facing engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO ?
Campaign Ownership
- Own the full lifecycle of localized and regional marketing campaigns from concept and planning to execution and performance measurement.
- Launch thoughtful, high-value webinar strategies in coordination with the Marketing and Sales team to educate and engage partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to deploy integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, and in-clinic activation.
Partner Enablement
- Lead in-person and virtual training, and refreshers for new and existing partners.
- Use AI tools to help build and deliver training content, design webinar visuals, and streamline partner resources.
- Equip clinics with effective tools (brochures, QR codes, email templates, digital assets) and ensure they’re being used.
- Customize and localize marketing materials using Canva for fast, self-serve support.
- Clinic Support & Integration
- Work closely with clinics to integrate monthly payment options into their website landing pages, marketing funnels, and consultation workflows.
- Ensure each clinic has a fully functioning application link, in-clinic signage, and relevant support materials.
- Assist clinics in aligning digital assets (paid ads, social content, email templates) to promote financing and drive originations.
Sales Collaboration
- Support the Sales team during clinic visits, onboarding calls, and follow-up outreach.
- Present iFinance solutions to clinic owners, merchants and staff, clearly communicating the benefits and value of monthly payment plans.
- Share field insights with Sales and Marketing to shape future campaigns and messaging.
- Market & Partner Insight research competitor activity and clinic trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor partner engagement and proactively identify accounts at risk or in need of support.
- Track asset usage, training completion, and regional campaign performance to support data-driven decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING ?
- 3–5+ years in field marketing, partner enablement, demand generation, or customer success
- Experience owning regional campaigns or webinars from start to finish
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills comfortable leading trainings and hosting webinars
- Proactive, organized, and relationship-driven you follow through and follow up
- Familiarity with Canva and CRM tools like HubSpot
- Comfortable traveling regionally to visit clinics and support local engagement
BONUS IF YOU HAVE :
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or the aesthetics/medical industry
- Skilled in building and managing online training hubs and webinars using tools like Zoom, Kajabi, or Skool, with experience tracking performance and engagement metrics.
