As our Office Manager, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to our agents, staff, and management, while ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager.
Previous real estate experience is required and wage will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: East Gwillimbury, ON
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 /annually
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as a primary resource for agents, offering support and guidance with web-based real estate software and tools
- Handles reception duties while ensuring the office operates efficiently
- Manages incoming calls through our web-based phone system
- Records and relays messages for agents using BrokerBay
- Receives deposit cheques and issues corresponding deposit receipts
- Assists agents with administrative tasks, including typing, drafting letters, and preparing various documents
- Prepares real estate transaction documents such as offers, amendments, waivers, and related forms
- Inputs and updates MLS listings, ensuring all listing documentation is complete and accurate
- Develops and maintains monthly staff schedules
- Performs additional duties as required to support office operations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Real Estate experience is required
- Previous administrative experience is required
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Very comfortable working with technology, troubleshooting, and learning new programs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
