Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Managing Broker to lead
and oversee our real estate brokerage operations. As a Managing Broker, you will
play a pivotal role in guiding our real estate agents in the state by ensuring
compliance with industry regulations and driving the growth and success of our
brokerage.
Duties
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the real estate agents and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide support to real estate agents to help them reach their full potential, providing guidance on transactions, negotiations, and industry best practices. comply with local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements, expand market reach, and develop relationships.
- Ensure that all brokerage activities, transactions, and documents are compliant with local regulations. Provide guidance and supporting compliance file review.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to better service agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, by providing exceptional service and resolution of inquiries in a timely manner.
- Daily agent support via our support ticketing system and fielding agent questions.
Requirements
- Active real estate broker’s license in the targeted state or province (Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Nova Scotia etc.)
- Proven experience as a real estate broker and leading other agents
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Thorough knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools
- Holding active broker licenses in multiple provinces highly preferred
