About the role:
We’re looking for motivated and experienced Independent Insurance Brokers to join our dynamic network. Whether you specialize in personal lines, commercial, or both—this opportunity is for those who want to grow without limits while offering clients trusted, tailored coverage solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advise clients on personalized insurance solutions to clients across Ontario.
- Quote, bind, and issue new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brokerage standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and building strong client relationships.
- Perform other duties as related.
- Minimum College or University level Degree/Undergraduates Degree or comparable experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales or service experience as an insurance broker
- R.I.B.O (Level I) License
- Proficient with insurance policy systems as well as MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working with company portals and Broker Management System (EPIC) is an asset.
