Are you an experienced, reliable cleaner with a passion for keeping buildings spotless? Polished Cleaning Services is looking for independent contractors to take on building cleaning work across Winnipeg.
This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for pros who know how to handle high-traffic spaces with confidence and care. You must have previous paid experience.
About the Work:
As an independent cleaner with Polished, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of multi-unit residential and commercial buildings. This includes:
- Stairwells, handrails, lobbies, laundry rooms, mechanical rooms, and entrances
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces and common areas
- Spot-cleaning walls, windows, and baseboards
- Occasional carpet cleaning and stripping/waxing floors (if you have experience)
You Should Have:
- Minimum 2 years of paid building cleaning experience
- Experience with carpet extraction and floor care (stripping/waxing) is a strong asset
- Your own transportation to get to and from sites. You will need a car to transport your own supplies.
- A professional, detail-oriented, and dependable work ethic
- Willingness to complete a background check
