We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer service, with the ability to analyze market trends and communicate effectively with clients. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs, and building long-lasting relationships.
Duties
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain policy details and answer questions.
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on market trends, policy changes, and new products in the insurance industry.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for policy applications and claims.
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk factors and determine policy terms.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, especially those fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- A valid level 1 or 2 insurance license is required
