About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
- Serve as primary point of contact for staff, managing inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, reviews, and terminations
- Maintain employee records, policy manuals, and compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate training, team events, and wellness initiatives
- Oversee health & safety programs, conduct inspections, and ensure workplace compliance
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including confidential projects and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 4+ years of HR experience (required)
- 2+ years as an Executive Assistant (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Exceptional written/oral communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility to stay late /cover when needed. One Saturday per month.
Pay Structure:
● $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
● Starting Salary is $26.00 per hour with a guaranteed raise of $1.00 after 90 days (following review) to $27.00 per hour, then $28.00 per hour after two years, and $29.00 per hour after three consecutive years. After this time, our standard cost of living raise is implemented yearly and reviewed as needed.
Work Location:
In person at our Woodbridge location (must live nearby).
