Manager - Marketing, Stakeholder and Community Engagement

We are currently seeking a Manager - Marketing, Stakeholder and Community Engagement reporting to the VP of Key Accounts and Stakeholder Management to lead, direct, and coordinate a proactive Marketing Team to achieve business objectives.
Your role within the team:
- Manage nuclear marketing business sector activities including development of marketing plans.
- Foster and build strong working partnerships with Global Marketing Communications, internal/external communications, Government Relations, Indigenous Relations and other work groups to ensure overall brand alignment, content accuracy, key messaging and collaboration.
- Strategic oversite to develop yearly marketing budget and track in accordance with company requirements.
- Develop and execute community engagement plans that support our integrity and commitment to community development.
- Establish economic development partners to support growth initiatives within the communities we operate.
- Host stakeholder collaborative sessions to ensure alignment and knowledge share across Indigenous Relations, Government Relations and overall Marketing events and initiatives.
- Strategic oversight of metrics and dashboard requirements for monthly Marketing reports.
- Oversee development of promotional programs, marketing collateral and published content.
- Manage staff and ensure communication and objectives are clear to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee and build strategy for successful events, sponsorships and other external opportunities to build brand and represent integrity and company values.
- Ensure proper evaluation process for all marketing programs to ensure they continually align with strategy and overall business objectives including international growth.
- Liaising the business with external contacts and building partnerships with industry members and associations.
- Oversight of the Customer Survey process for CEI ("Voice of Customer" process/ Net Promotor Score).
- Oversight over Marketing Management and Community Engagement, reporting directly to the VP of Key Accounts and Stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
- 10 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development is desirable.
- Experience delivering industry and high profile external events.
- Experience in designing business systems or processes is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and techniques is also considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
