Position Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Manager with a background in healthcare to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client care plans, conducting home visits, supervising care staff, and coordinating schedules to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role is ideal for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about community care and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client assessments
- Conduct regular client home visits and follow-ups to ensure quality of care
- Oversee scheduling of caregivers and support staff to meet client needs
- Supervise field staff and provide coaching, performance feedback, and support
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families for seamless care delivery
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Health regulations and company policies
- Address client concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation in care management systems.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with valid registration in Alberta
- Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience (home care setting preferred)
- Knowledge of client care planning, case management, and scheduling
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Proficiency in using digital documentation and care software systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
