Job Description: This position is accountable to the Executive Director of Provincial Acute Care. The Project Manager is responsible for the ongoing planning, coordination and implementation of assigned projects on time, within the approved scope and within the specified budget, using the corporate project management framework. Our projects are focused on improving the experience and environment for our patients, clients, residents, families and staff.The Project Manager is responsible for the overall development, management and leadership of various interdisciplinary teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders, as they interact with the project. The Project Manager facilitates and provides detailed planning, costing and ongoing consultation that is comprehensive and collaborative, aligning with regional strategic planning. This individual is also responsible for administrative management of physical and financial resources.
