Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills and experience in maintenance, repair, and customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Handy Man will be responsible for maintaining our buildings in the CDN / NDG surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Plumbing repairs and fixture installations
- electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, etc.)
- carpentry, drywall, painting, and general construction tasks
- Troubleshoot issues and provide professional solutions
