Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting role for home renovations. Renovation process would include: Demolition, Framing, Drywalling, Tiling, Flooring, Painting, Finishing, and Amenity Installations.
Duties include but are not limited to: Performing tasks such as painting (cutting and rolling), carpentry work (framing and trim work), drywalling (patching, taping and sanding), demolition (complete bathroom demolition, flooring removal), finishing (installing toilets, vanities, light fixtures, etc.)
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Previous experience running one's own business is an asset
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Experience in multiple trades - Drywall, Paint, Carpentry, Other.
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lead a team
