Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional.
Duties
- Perform general Construction and maintenance tasks, including, Framing, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Install fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, and appliances.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work activities.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
- Proficiency in framing, drywalls, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to maintenance work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
