Job Title: LTL/TL Dispatcher (Full-Time)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Salary: $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LTL/TL Dispatcher to join our team for the afternoon shift. The ideal candidate
will have strong industry knowledge, proven dispatching experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
transportation environment. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving
skills to effectively coordinate drivers, manage shipments, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor daily driver trips for LTL and TL operations
- Schedule pickups and deliveries; update status in real time
- Communicate with drivers and customers to provide shipment updates
- Manage dispatch systems and maintain accurate records of all movements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Resolve service issues promptly and escalate as required
- Support operational efficiency by proactively identifying and addressing potential delays
Qualifications
- Strong dispatching experience in LTL/TL transportation (required)
- Preferably hands-on experience with Truckmate or similar dispatch software
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Knowledge of routing, scheduling, and freight operations
