LTL Sales Representative – Asset-Based Trucking | Mississauga (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and maintain new and existing LTL customer accounts
- Identify market opportunities and generate profitable business growth
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and rate proposals
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and on-time delivery
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue targets in CRM tools
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and freight market rates
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in LTL or freight transportation (asset-based preferred)
- Strong understanding of freight rates, lanes, and carrier operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
