Twin Falls Lodge, a beautiful fly-in lodge in the heart of Saskatchewan’s boreal forest, is seeking a hands-on, people-first Lodge Manager to lead operations, foster community, and ensure top-tier guest service in one of Canada’s most breathtaking regions.

What You’ll Do

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the lodge (accommodations, dining room, guides, housekeeping, maintenance, docks, kitchen)

· Lead, support, and inspire a seasonal team with care, consistency, and clear expectations

· Deliver safe, smooth, and unforgettable guest experiences—every time

· Manage scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and basic reporting

· Communicate regularly with head office and uphold ADI standards and values

· Serve as the calm, capable point person for staff, guests, and unexpected challenges

Who You Are

· A strong, grounded leader with experience in remote hospitality, tourism, or lodge operations

· Solution-oriented and calm under pressure, with a gift for team-building

· Comfortable with long hours, physical work, and being “on” for guests and staff

· Excellent communicator and hands-on problem solver

· Skilled at juggling logistics, priorities, and people

· Passionate about nature, community, and creating unforgettable guest moments

Must-Haves

· 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality, resort, or lodge management

· Proven leadership and team supervision skills

· Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making ability

· Willingness to live on-site in a remote, fly-in location for the season (May–October)

· Comfort with basic tech, scheduling systems, and inventory tools

Nice to Have

· Knowledge of northern Saskatchewan or remote lodge operations

· Interest in fishing, Indigenous culture, and outdoor adventure
