About Us
Welcoming guests since 2017, Sand & Pearl is an oyster bar and fish shack in West Lake, Prince Edward County, just down the road from the dunes at Sandbanks provincial park.
We work with small producers who fish and farm sustainability and with artisanal brewers, winemakers and distillers who are at the top of their game. We are Oceanwise certified and, according to Air Canada and American Express, were one of Canada’s top 10 best new restaurants in 2018.
