Duties

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Previous experience in team management or supervising kitchen staff is a plus.
