Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing for vacant apartments.
- Post ads on internal platforms and conduct apartment showings.
- Lease apartments, reduce vacancies, and handle deposit collection.
- Guide prospective tenants through applications, lease prep, and documentation.
- Enter prospect data into management systems.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, and incentives.
- Provide weekly traffic reports and adapt to market changes.
- Follow up with clients and close deals effectively.
Qualifications:
- Preferred background in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of residential leasing or sales experience (real estate or hospitality preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends.
