We are a property management company in downtown Vancouver.
We manage apartment buildings and condo units in the downtown Vancouver area.
We need an administrative staff to perform our leasing function and also assist with a variety of other property management tasks.
The focus of the position is responding to phone calls, texts, emails and other messages from prospective tenants interested in leasing one of our 300+ furnished apartments that are mostly in Downtown Vancouver. This person will then schedule showings or provide other information to help turn the prospective tenant into an actual tenant.
We're looking for somebody who's not shy and is really great at communicating with people by phone and email...somebody who's going to be excited and passionate about helping our prospective tenants find their next apartment from our large portfolio of properties.
Examples of responsibilities related to this position
- talking to prospective tenants by phone
- answering emails, texts, etc.
- preparing leases and leasing reports
- other property management related tasks
- assisting with month-end move-ins and move-outs.
For the most part this is an office job that involves 42.5-45 hours per week of working time.
When the last or first day of the month fall on a weekend or holiday, everybody's at work to assist with move-ins and move-outs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
