Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your expertise in eyelash extensions, combined with your strong customer service skills, will help enhance the overall client experience and contribute to the growth of our business.
Duties
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client’s experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper sanitization of tools and equipment.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing client records.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to eyelash extensions.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty service role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive client expe
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products is highly desirable.
Position Requirements
- Available to work on Saturdays
- Preferably available one weekday + one weekend day
- Minimum 2 years of lash extension experience
- Must be able to communicate in basic English (over 90% of our clients are English-speaking)
- Commission-based pay + tip
