Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lash and Brow Expert to join our team on a full-time/ part-time basis. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest beauty and lash trends. As a Lash and Brow Artist at LLBA, you will play a crucial role in performing services, planning and producing engaging social media content, testing new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional lash and brow services, including:
– Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions
– Lash Lifts and Tints
– Brow Shaping, Waxing, Tinting, and Lamination
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services and aftercare.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and product innovations.
- Help create a welcoming, relaxing, and positive experience for every client.
Qualifications:
- Certified Lash and/or Brow Technician with relevant training and experience.
- Proven portfolio of work (Instagram, website, or photo examples).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
