Jasper Place Contracting is a fast-growing outdoor construction company based in Edmonton, specializing in landscaping, fencing, grading, decks, and more. We’re currently seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Team Lead to lead our crews on residential and light commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape crews on site, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- Execute and oversee grading and drainage solutions with precision—this is a critical part of the role
- Install sod, planting beds, patios, retaining walls, fences, decks, and more
- Operate machinery such as skid steers, compactors, and power tools
- Read and interpret landscape and construction plans
- Maintain positive and professional communication with clients and team members
- Ensure top-tier customer service and act as the primary point of contact on job sites
- Mentor and train crew members while fostering a respectful, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of landscaping or construction experience, including supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of grading, slope, drainage, and site preparation is essential
- Ability to lead by example with a positive, professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow project plans accurately
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 or trailer towing experience is an asset)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Skilled with landscape tools and equipment (skid steer, compactor, etc.)

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
