Job Title: Landscape Residential Superintendent.
Location: Hamilton.
Pay:
- $95,000 Annually.
- Benefits after 3 months.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise all residential landscape construction activities.
- Direct field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship.
- Communicate with clients, address their concerns, and provide updates and walkthroughs.
- Resolve client conflicts professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation of DWR time sheets and Field Time.
- Oversee employee time sheets and track deficiencies.
- Assist with scheduling and utilize both labor and equipment crews efficiently.
- Monitor and control performance, evaluating forepersons and laborers on quality and productivity.
- Resolve employee conflicts and contact HR if necessary.
- Enforce daily informal safety tailgates with the crew.
- Update Senior Manager on timeline and schedule changes.
- Manage sub-contractors and Oakridge employees at job sites.
- Orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed.
- Enforce OLC company policies.
- Fully responsible for crew and site safety.
- Schedule and monitor the delivery of materials and maintain records of inventory.
- Manage the daily operation of all snow removal projects and complete daily site inspections.
- Be available 24/7 on call during snow and ice occurrences.
- Manage winter projects with the same diligence as other projects, adhering to Snow Procedure guideline.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and job safety work habits.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews.
- First-Aid Training is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- College Diploma or Degree preferred, with a concentration in Construction Management.
- 5 - 10 years of successful Residential Construction Management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in managing snow removal projects and willingness to work associated hours.
