Live-in Superintendent – Major Mackenzie & Yonge (Richmond Hill)
A well-maintained, non-smoking 12-storey Dynasty condominium is seeking an experienced, live-in Superintendent to oversee building operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily inspections of building systems (HVAC, boilers, elevators, pools, etc.)
- Garbage/recycling handling and chute maintenance
- Minor repairs and preventative maintenance
- Supervise contractors and cleaning staff
- Monitor system performance and report to the Property Manager
- Attend meetings and support project execution
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of all common areas
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Provide courteous, rule-based resident support
Requirements:
Strong technical skills, proactive mindset, and excellent customer service.
