Oakridge Landscape Contractors is looking for an experienced Grounds Superintendent to oversee year-round exterior commercial property maintenance in the Brantford/Kitchener/London area.

About the Role:
As our Grounds Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining safe, pristine, and beautiful commercial properties. You will lead and mentor multiple groundskeeping crews, ensuring every site meets the high standards Oakridge is known for.
This position involves:
- Supervising crews and maintaining exceptional quality across multiple commercial sites.
- Building strong relationships with property managers and tenants.
- Managing snow and ice operations during the winter season.
- Conducting site inspections, ensuring safety, and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
- Overseeing outdoor janitorial and parking lot maintenance tasks.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, team management, and delivering excellence year-round.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years in a Grounds Superintendent or similar property/landscape management role.
- A degree or diploma in Horticulture, Landscape, Construction Management, or a related field (asset but not required).
- Expertise in snow removal operations and grounds maintenance.
- Strong understanding of parking lot maintenance and outdoor janitorial tasks.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with contract scopes of work.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
Bonus skills:
- Knowledge of HVAC systems or general construction practices.
- Familiarity with alarm systems, utility rooms, and other site infrastructure.
