- Location: Hamilton, ON.
- Pay: $29–$41/hour (based on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a team of 3–5 crew members on custom residential projects.
- Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring top-notch workmanship.
- Driving a company truck and trailer with confidence.
- Installing natural stone (flagstone, armour), interlock pavers, precast retaining walls, and more.
- Getting hands-on: planting, digging, soil placement, and layout.
- Meeting with subcontractors and keeping projects on time, on budget, and looking sharp.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Valid G License and clean driver’s abstract.
- 5+ years of hands-on landscaping experience.
- 3+ years leading crews on residential jobs.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods.
