We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Lead Hand to join our crew — someone who can perform the day-to-day tasks, drive a truck/trailer, and step up to support the team when needed. This is a hands-on working role, not a full-time supervisor position — perfect for someone with experience who wants to grow into leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and garden bed care
- Driving company trucks and trailers to/from job sites
- Leading or supporting small crews when foreman is away
- Equipment setup, maintenance, and site organization
- Snow removal in winter (shoveling, salting, snow blowing, equipment work depending on experience)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in landscape maintenance (commercial preferred)
- Valid G Driver’s Licence
- Comfortable towing and backing trailers (or actively training to)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication
- Willing to take initiative and support the foreman when needed
- Experience in snow removal
