Looking for an experienced property maintenance person for a busy, growing property management company. Will assist with all aspects of apartment maintenance, as well as lawn care, and snow removal. Experience in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, dry wall repairs, painting, general carpentry.
Must be able to do on call - emergency only - maintenance and snow removal.
We also run a home building company so some labourer work may be required.
Must have valid drivers license, bondable and own a vehicle. Work vehicle is provided during work hours.
Salary is dependent upon experience.
