LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN WANTED
Job Summary: Are you looking for consistent work this season. As an active working foreperson, you'll be required to direct and manage a crew of 3 to 4 in the performance of landscape grounds maintenance. A minimum of 2 years supervision experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver a high standard of work to meet the satisfaction of clients in a productive manner.
Requirements:
- Ability to lead, motivate, & delegate effectively inclusive of providing on the job training to crew members as required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain written time records, and work order documents
- Ability to organize and manage workload
- Ability to multi-task and focus on priorities
- Thorough knowledge & hands on competence of grounds maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of plant ID, plant installation, care & maintenance
- Valid “G” License (Clean Record) with ability to operate pick up truck and tandem axle trailer combination
- Full time, year round employment available with snow removal experience
