CAPCRETE requires full time Junior Estimator with a good understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and quantitative analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specs, and site conditions.
- Measure and calculate materials, labor, and equipment.
- Source pricing, apply overhead, and create cost breakdowns.
- Compile compliant bids and proposals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain vendor database.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and track bid outcomes.
- Clarify scope and pricing with clients and team.
- Suggest cost-effective alternatives.
- Support project handover with cost data and scope clarification.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $22 – $25 depending on experience.

Requirement
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field is preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Canada.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Blue Beam, MS Project.
- G License and owns a car.
- WHIMS & WAH Certificates
