Responsibilities
- Prepare repeat quotes for service work (often using templates or predefined pricing).
- Submit quotes through client portals (which includes data entry and document upload).
- Prepare basic scope summaries and pricing on letterhead.
- Occasionally review drawings and provide pricing based on quantity takeoffs or high-level scope.
- Be fast, organized, and comfortable with admin-style quoting work, not just construction estimation.

- Proficiency in construction estimating and renovations.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable pricing.
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
