Camden Door Controls is a rapidly growing equipment manufacturer with our head office in Mississauga. This position will be an important part of Camden's Product Development team, responsible for providing technical drawings to assist Product Development, Marketing, Technical Support and Production in their pursuit of technical clarity and information, and enhancing the documentation provided to our customer’s to enhance their ability to understand technical details and installation parameters related to Camden and Entrex products.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Produce/update 3D CAD drawings for all parts and products.
- Produce/update exploded 2D views of product assemblies.
- Produce/update CAD drawings to support technical specifications.
- Produce/update wiring diagrams.
- Produce/update CAD diagrams for product manuals
- Verify CAD designs against current products.
- Produce 3D CAD designs for new products.
- Liaison with Marketing to develop effective product manuals
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proficient with 3D CAD software. Solidworks 3D
- Proficient with AutoCAD 2D
- Microsoft Office experience an asset
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of French or Spanish an asset
- Able to communicate with various staff members in a positive manner
- Able to lift up to 50 Lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
