Full-time | Base Salary: $170K–$180K + Monthly Bonuses, Overtime & Incentives
About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment that demands self-motivation, professionalism, organization, responsiveness, and resilience under pressure.
You must have proven experience managing projects and developing business opportunities in the Canadian market.
What You’ll Do
- Manage 5-10 building consultants and review their work
- Conduct on-site inspections, collect measurements and photographs, and prepare detailed scopes of work.
- Provide accurate estimates, including RCV, ACV, and reserve valuations.
- Perform unbiased field investigations, testing, and loss assessments.
- Deliver technical findings, analysis, and conclusions—both written and verbal—in a clear, timely, and client-friendly manner.
- Manage 20–30+ active projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with industry protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and claim stakeholders, ensuring consistent, professional communication.
- Lead meetings, resolve project challenges, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Travel for inspections, client meetings, marketing, and business development (approx. 20–30%).
- Maintain professional knowledge through training, workshops, seminars, and active participation in professional organizations.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of hands-on restoration industry experience.
- Strong expertise in water and fire restoration.
- Proven ability to manage complex residential and commercial property claims.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional correspondence.
- Solid knowledge of building principles, IICRC protocols, insurance standards, and remediation processes.
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset; experience managing teams is an asset.
- Proficiency with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, sketching tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical problem-solver with strong field troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel as needed, with reliable connectivity.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to exceed performance expectations.
