What You’ll Do
- Perform Installation and Repair (I&R) of copper and fiber lines for residential and small business customers
- Troubleshoot service issues related to internet, phone, and data
- Carry out fiber splicing, termination, and structured cabling
- Safely work at heights (up to 28 ft) using ladders and rooftop access
- Deliver top-tier customer service with a professional approach
- Adhere to company safety protocols and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in copper and fiber installation/repair (preferred)
- Hands-on skills in fiber splicing, copper troubleshooting, and structured wiring
- Basic understanding of low-voltage systems and networking
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with Bell Canada or Bell MTS is considered a strong asset
- Willingness to relocate
