Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales/Marketer to join our team and focus on the French-speaking market. This role involves both student recruitment and marketing, with a strong focus on promoting our ESL programs to the French community and sell new French Language Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Sales
- Recruit students from the French-speaking community in Canada and internationally (particularly France) via direct outreach, partnerships, and agency networks.
- Follow up on leads generated through social media, website inquiries, referrals, and events.
- Represent RCIIS at online and in-person recruitment events, fairs, webinars, and school presentations.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, education consultants, and partner institutions.
Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting French-speaking audiences to promote ESL and French programs.
- Develop engaging content (graphics, posts, videos) for social media and digital platforms.
- Run and optimize targeted ads; track campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
- Manage the school’s presence on French-market social media, forums, and messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with the rest of marketing and sales team on promotional strategies for the French program.
Agent & Partner Development
- Identify and build relationships with recruitment agents and institutional partners in France and other French-speaking regions.
- Provide agents with marketing materials, updates, and training to ensure effective program promotion.
Admissions & Student Support
- Respond to inquiries by email, phone, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist students throughout the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide academic and policy guidance to new students.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, student applications, agent activities, and monthly performance KPIs.
- Track student tuition payments and agency invoices for financial reporting.
- Support general marketing and admissions administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (international education preferred).
- Require a C1 level or higher of French
- Working Holiday Visa France Holder with a valid work permit of at least 1 year.
- Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $35,000 CAD annually
- Commission: Additional performance-based commission
