What are your contributions to the team?
Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:
- prepare invoices
- compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies
- generate reports that outline deviations from a contractual ‘boilerplate’ text
- update various governance databases and logs
- participate in various governance meetings
- support internal and external audits
- perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or equivalent
- You are available to work from September to December 2025 with a possibility to extend
- You can commit to working at least 20 hours per week from September to December 2025
- You are bilingual (with strong English speaking and writing skills)
- You can deal with ambiguity when working with team members
- You are goal and detail oriented
- You possess good research & analytical skills
- You are creative and have good presentation skills
- You are adaptable and dependable
- You have strong computer knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Workshare is a plus
- All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purposes.
